Hotel Reservations

The Fifteenth Annual Meeting of the Society for the Neurobiology of Language will take place from October 24-26 at the Palais du Pharo in Marseille.

For the convenience of our meeting attendees, SNL has arranged special room rates at three hotels located near the Palais du Pharo (Sofitel, Novotel, and Ibis Budget). Both the Sofitel and the Novotel are a 5-minute walk to the Palais du Pharo. The Ibis is a 20-minute walk to the venue.

We urge you to reserve your hotel room early; the city of Marseille fills up in October and it will be difficult to find availability.

The deadline to reserve a hotel is September 22, 2023, or until the SNL room blocks are sold out.

To make a reservation select one of three hotels and complete the Hotel Booking form of choice. Follow the instructions on the form. Each form may vary.

Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation through Friday, September 22, 2023 (deposit refunded)
• For cancellations between Saturday, September 23, 2023 and Saturday, October 7, 2023, the penalties are limited to the total of the deposit, including all taxes.
• For cancellations after Saturday, October 7, 2023, you will be charged 100% of the total amount due, including taxes.
